Cancellation Policy
If you have any questions, feel free to get in touch. To reschedule, please text 561-251-2295 at least 24 hours in advance. If you provide less than 12 hours’ notice, a $150 fee will be deducted from your retainer. Please arrive on time or early for your appointment. If you are more than 10 minutes late, a $50 late fee will be applied. After 30 minutes, your appointment will be canceled. If you No Call, No Show, you will be automatically charged a $250 fee, which is my standard deposit. This fee is non-refundable and must be paid before booking any future appointments. I understand that emergencies happen. Depending on the circumstances, you may or may not be allowed to book with me again. Please communicate as soon as possible to avoid any issues. My time is valuable, and I appreciate your respect and understanding.
