Terms & Policies 

BOOKING, DEPOSIT & CANCELLATION POLICY

A non-refundable deposit/retainer is required for all appointments and commissioned work:

• $250 for tattoo appointments

• $150 for commissions

A retainer is required upon booking any new appointment, including continuations. This covers my time and the use of new supplies while securing your appointment. 

 

For standard (non-promotional) bookings, your retainer goes toward your service.

 

Accessibility

Please note that my building is NOT wheelchair accessible.

 

Punctuality & Late Fees

Be on time for your appointment.

• A 10-minute grace period is allowed for clients who may be running late.

• If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, a $25 late fee must be paid in addition to your service in order to start.

• After 30 minutes, your appointment will be canceled.

 

Rescheduling & Cancellations

• If you need to reschedule, email thefranfine@gmail.com at least 12 hours in advance.

• For immediate assistance, call (561) 251-2295.

• DMs on social media are not checked frequently.

 

If you No-Call/No-Show, you will no longer be able to book an appointment.

 

All clients must fill out and sign a full disclosure and indemnity agreement prior to their appointment.

PAYMENTS, REFUNDS & BLACKLIST POLICY

• All payments made toward a service are non-refundable.

• If you are on a payment plan, you can pause your payments at any time and resume when you are ready—however, there will be no refunds for payments already made.

• If you decide to cancel your payment plan, you can apply the amount already paid toward the time covered or another service.

• I reserve the right to blacklist any client at any time, meaning you will no longer be able to book with me in the future.

• If you have already paid toward a service, your balance will only be used to cover the time equivalent to what has been paid for—no further appointments will be scheduled.

• If you file a chargeback, you will be permanently blacklisted and will no longer be able to book with me.

CURRENT PROMOTIONS

Promo codes are valid for your next purchase only and cannot be combined with other discounts.

 

Black Friday & sale Tickets

• All ticket sales are final and must be booked by the indicated date.

• Tickets are non-refundable, but you may give away or sell any unused tickets.

Sale tickets (including Black Friday, Christmas, or any promotional ticket sales) are discount vouchers, not service credits.

• Each sale ticket provides a percentage or amount off one tattoo session

• One ticket may be used per session/day

• Large projects may be broken into multiple sessions using multiple tickets

Important Clarification:

  • Sale tickets do not apply as dollar credits toward your tattoo total

  • The purchase price of a ticket does not reduce the final tattoo balance

  • Tickets function solely to activate the promotional session discount

RETAINER / DEPOSIT POLICY (SALE TICKETS)

 

To secure a date on the calendar, a separate (currently $100) non-refundable retainer is required to secure each appointment date, including sessions booked using sale tickets.

• Retainers do NOT go toward the cost of that session or remaining balance

• Retainers secure your appointment time and cover design preparation and supplies

• Retainers are separate from sale ticket purchases

The ticket purchase and booking retainer are separate from the discounted session balance.

PAYMENT BREAKDOWN EXAMPLE:

(8 Hour Session)

Standard Rate: $2,500

Promotional Rate (50% Off): $1,250

Client Pays:

• $150 Ticket Purchase

• $100 Booking Retainer

• $1,250 Due on Appointment Day

Total Paid: $1,500

Total Savings: $1,000​​

Sale tickets are not interchangeable with deposits and cannot be applied as payment toward future balances.

TICKET VERIFICATION REQUIREMENT: 

• The original sale ticket confirmation must be presented at the time of your appointment.

• Tickets may be verified and confirmed upon arrival.

• Failure to provide proof of ticket purchase may result in standard pricing being applied.

By purchasing a sale ticket and booking an appointment, clients acknowledge and agree to this policy.

• The Fran Fine reserves the right to modify or cancel promotions at any time without notice.

• Discounts exclude taxes, shipping, handling fees, and previous purchases.

 

Marketing & Communications

By signing up, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing emails from The Fran Fine at the email used when signing up. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
